  Which Includes:

	Transfer of the decedent from place of death within 40 miles of Los Angeles
	Obtaining the necessary signatures from doctor or coroner
	Completion of the certificate of death and the crematory/interment permit
	Suitable private container for private transfer of the decedent to the crematory
	Crematory fee
		There will be an additional fee for cremation of decedent weighing 300 lbs or more. The extra fee is $1.00 per pound beginning at pound zero. (Example: a 350 lb person would be an additional $350.00)
	Sturdy heavy plastic temporary urn suitable for shipment or temporary storage
	State filing fee

Our staff will assist you with obituary notices if requested.
We will assist in acquiring Certified Copies of the Death Certificate.
